新型巡航救助船全景式驾驶室视野计算分析

         

摘要

The wheel-house is the key position where the pilot operates the ship for safe navigation and operation at sea. However the arrangement of the wheel-house may have direct effect on the operational safety and efficiency. The range of vision field is used as the main metric measure to identify and assess whether the arrangement of the wheel-house is a rational design. The International Convention on the Safety of life at Sea (SOLAS, 1974) had provided a set of safety requirements for designing the vision field of wheel-house, which have been widely quoted by major Ship Specifications and Rules. Whereas, these requirements are limited to the forward view and there are no associated rules available for panoramic wheel-house design. Based on the national specification and rules and methods, the range of blind zone in multi-functional panoramic wheel-house of a ship was calculated using two dimensional plan view drawing and a statistics data analysis was carried out. The results show that the forward view satisfies the requirements for wider vision field in different operation conditions.%驾驶室是控制船舶航行和作业的关键部位,其布置的合理性对船舶操纵效率和运行安全有着直接影响,而衡量其布置合理性的重要指标便是视野范围.“国际海上人命安全公约”(1974)中明确规定了驾驶室视野的安全性要求,这些要求被国内外各主要船舶规范所引用,但是对视野的规范和规定还局限于前视区域,对全景式驾驶室没有做出相应的规定,国内目前也没有对船舶驾驶室的优化布置及视野计算方法展开过专门研究.在参照我国海船规范中对驾驶室安全视野的校核规定的基础上,受到其它行业中关于视野计算的方法的启发,利用二维平面作图法对某新型海事船多功能综合全景驾驶室的视野盲区范围进行了测量计算,并对计算数据进行了统计分析.分析表明,该驾驶室前台驾驶时前视视野满足规范要求,其它驾驶状态和方位的视野也较开阔.
