单元小型化频率选择表面研究

         

摘要

提出一种基于面—面耦合形成分布电容的单元小型化频率选择表面设计方法。采用在介质材料的正、反两面分别敷设金属导电层,通过上、下层导电片之间的面—面耦合形成较大的分布电容,进而明显降低频率选择表面周期单元尺寸。所设计的频率选择表面能够在未加载集总参数电容和电感的基础上使得频率选择表面的单元尺寸仅为λ/16。不同入射角条件下的传输特性试验结果表明,所提出的频率选择表面设计方法适用于电子设备隐身天线罩的研制。%  The Frequency Selection Surface(FSS)is widely employed in a variety of electromagnetic ap⁃plications,e.g.,terrestrial and airborne radomes,electromagnetic shielding absorbers and antennas. In this paper,an innovative design scheme of the miniaturized FSS is presented. Basically,this new FSS is composed of two metallic patches as outer layers and a thin medium in between so that the distributed ca⁃pacitance of the periodic cell is determined by the coupling between different layers. As a result,the re⁃quired physical size of the new FSS cell is significantly reduced,which can be as small as λ/16 . Simula⁃tion results show that the proposed FSS material is suitable in the design of stealth radomes for electronic equipment.
