基于承载能力的水下承压结构钢质模型制造质量检验要求分析

         

摘要

The development of underwater pressure bearing structures involves a large amount of scale model tests,and the manufacturing quality of these test models are directly associated with the correctness of the test result. This paper analyzes a variety of factors that influence the scale model test of underwater pressure bearing structures,and,accordingly,a set of inspection requirements regarding the manufactur⁃ing quality of these steel models is proposed. Moreover,for the evaluation of those test models with out-of-tolerance initial deflection,a finite element approach is proposed based on theoretical analysis. The validity of this method is successfully proved by the evaluation results of four actual examples. Over⁃all,the inspection requirements and the finite element method presented here may serve as good referenc⁃es for the evaluation calculation of steel test models of underwater pressure bearing structures.%  深水承压结构在研制过程中需要进行大量的缩比模型试验,而缩比模型的制造质量直接关系到试验能否达到预定试验目的,关系到试验结果的正确性。对影响深水承压结构缩比模型试验结果的各种制造质量因素进行分析,提出水下承压结构钢质模型制造质量检验要求;对于有初挠度超差的试验模型,通过理论分析,提出采用有限元方法进行评估计算。通过对4个实例的评估计算分析,证明采用有限元方法进行评估计算的结果可以作为有初挠度超差模型的制造质量验收依据。
