舰船甲板防滑涂料技术现状及发展趋势

摘要

The development and application of warship non-skid deck paint,including both organic and inorganic paint,are presented in this paper,with the flight deck paint being one of the major focus. The developing tendency of the new type non-skid deck paint is first introduced,and the domestic key develop⁃ment orientation is suggested in the end,considering the specific requirement of Chinese naval vessels. Presently,the solvent-free paint,the hydro-paint,the functional paint are the three primary developing directions for the general deck,while the low-endothermal paint,the high durable paint,the drip-dry paint,and the inorganic paint are the ones for the flight deck. We may dedicate ourselves to develop a type of long-acting,environmental friendly,easily constructed,and multi-functional deck paint.%　　从有机甲板防滑涂料和无机甲板防滑涂料两个方面阐述舰船甲板防滑涂料的技术发展及应用情况，并针对舰载机甲板防滑涂料的国内外发展概况进行重点介绍。结合当前甲板防滑涂料的发展情况，分析舰用新型甲板防滑涂料的发展趋势，指出我国甲板防滑涂料研制的重点发展方向。目前，舰船甲板部位的涂料正向无溶剂、水性化、功能性等方向发展，舰载机防滑甲板涂料正向低太阳能吸收、高耐久性、快干性、无机型等方向发展，我国应重点发展长效、环保、多功能和施工方便的舰船甲板涂料。
