新型封闭式桅杆空调系统数值仿真及实验验证

         

摘要

In order to solve the high heat flux problem within the compact space of newly designed masts, several environment control system plans are presented in this paper,and the physical and mathematical modes of the air conditioning ventilation system for the mast are established,which are finally validated with actual data. Specifically,comparative simulation analysis is conducted between the circulation ventila⁃tion method and the fan coil ventilation method for the heat distribution in the mast. The results show that the fan coil ventilation method is 12.7% higher in temperature than the circulation ventilation method in terms of mast temperature distribution, and the overall temperature is higher 3.5℃. Also,the mast temper⁃ature distribution of the fan coil ventilation method is more uneven. The average mean square error of the temperature in different layers are 25.1 and 1.65,respectively.%针对新型桅杆密闭空间内的高热流密度难题,开展了环境控制系统方案设计,建立了桅杆内空调通风系统的物理模型和数学模型,并通过实测验证了仿真模型的正确性。利用仿真模型对比分析了循环通风方式和风机盘管通风方式在桅杆内的热分布。分析结果表明:采用风机盘管通风方式比采用循环通风方式在整个桅杆密闭空间内的温度高12.7%,整体温度高3.5℃,且整体温度分布更加不均匀,2种通风方式各层平均温度的均方差分别为25.2,1.65。
