听神经瘤手术的听力保存

摘要

Objective To study the possibility of hearing preservation during resection of acoustic neurinoma. Methods A retrospective case review at the Department of Otolaryngology, PLA General Hospital, was conducted on patients that un⁃derwent resection of acoustic neurinoma from 2000 through 2012 with attempts to preserve hearing. Result Of the 32 pa⁃tients in this review, hearing was preserved in 14 (43.8%), with 5 showing class A hearing, 5 showing class B hearing, 3 showing class C hearing and 1 showing class D hearing. Conclusion Hearing preservation during acoustic neuroma surgery can be successful and offered as a realistic treatment option for patients with acoustic neurinoma.%　　目的探讨听神经瘤手术的听力保留.方法回顾分析2000年至2012年在解放军总医院耳鼻喉头颈外科经听力保留手术切除听神经瘤的病例.结果32例患者中,术后成功保留听力者为43.8%(14/32).其中,听功能A级者5例,B级者5例,C级者3例,D级者1例.结论保留听力的听神经瘤切除术可取得相当的听力保存率,是可选择的听神经瘤治疗方法.
