幼儿chirp-ASSR与纯音听阈测试的相关性研究

摘要

目的：探讨运用听性稳态反应（auditory steady state response，ASSR）（简称：ASSR）的反应阈评估幼儿听力阈值的可行性。方法对43例3~5岁的幼儿双耳鼓室图“A”型幼儿的ASSR和纯音听阈测定（Pure Tone Audiometry简称：PTA）结果进行回顾性分析，对两项检查在500Hz、1000Hz、2000Hz和4000Hz的阈值进行比较，并对测试结果进行统计学分析。结果ASSR 500Hz、1000Hz、2000Hz和4000Hz的反应阈与纯音听阈阈值相关系数分别为0.751、0.889、0.959、0.926。结论ASSR能快速评估幼儿的客观听力，结果可靠、稳定。%Objective To study the feasibility and advantages of using chirp stimulus evoked auditory steady state re-sponses (chirp ASSRs) to obtain hearing thresholds from children of 3-5 years in age. Methods ASSR and PTA results in 43 children (86 ears) were compared. Results Thresholds of elicited response chirp-ASSRs and PTA thresholds were well correlated.Conclusion As an objective hearing threshold detection tool, the results of ASSR are reliable and acceptable.
