培养头颈部恶性肿瘤综合治疗策略医师教学的研究

摘要

The strategies of combined modality treatment determine the prognosis and quality of life, especially the treatment of organ preservation are currently advocated and promoted in patients with head and neck cancer in the international and national wide. We made some training for graduate students and visiting doctors with methods combing inpatient clinical work, lectures and videos, and achieved good teaching re-sults. The trainers could grasp the strategies, and provide effective and comprehensive treatment guidelines for the first treatment patients after training.%头颈部恶性肿瘤患者的综合治疗策略决定了患者的预后和生活质量，目前保护头颈部恶性肿瘤患者器官功能的综合治疗方法广泛地在国内外提倡和推广。通过在临床中具体管理患者结合授课和视频的培训方式，使大部分研究生和进修人员掌握了头颈部恶性肿瘤治疗相关策略，取得了良好的教学效果。培训后的人员在工作中可以为首诊的头颈部恶性肿瘤患者提供最有效的综合治疗指导。
