中文版Zelaya艾滋病歧视量表的信度和效度

摘要

Objective To test the reliability and validity of Zelaya's HIV/AIDS Stigma Scale in a Chinese sample. MethodrnThe reliability and validity of Chinese version Zelaya's HIV/AIDS Stigma Scale were tested in a sample of 1166 medical collegernstudents. Results The split-half reliability of the scale was 0.931, the Cronbach's a coefficient of four subscales was rangedrnfrom 0.794 to 0.905,the test-retest reliability of four subscales were above 0.7. The scale had good content validity,convergentrnvalidity and discriminant validity. Four factors were extracted by a factor analysis, which explained 58.99% of the total variancernand was in accordance with the original scale. Conclusion The Chinese version Zelaya's HIV/AIDS Stigma Scale is proved tornbe reliable and valid,which deserves to be used in Chinese samples.%目的 评价Zelaya艾滋病歧视量表在国内的适用性.方法 使用汉化后的Zelaya艾滋病歧视量表,对某高校1166名医学生进行测试,评价量表信度和效度.结果 量表折半信度为0.931,内部一致性信度为0.794～0.905；重测信度均＞0.7.量表具有良好的内容效度、集合效度与区分效度,结构效度的累积方差贡献率为58.99％,提取的4个公因子与量表的结构假设一致.结论 汉化的Zelaya艾滋病歧视量表具有良好的信度和效度,可为该量表在国内人群中的使用提供线索.
