老年科预防深静脉血栓评估表的设计及应用

摘要

A risk assessment form for deep vein thrombosis was designed based on the assessment of risk factors of deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients,the feasibility and effectiveness. The form was applied in 1968 elderly patients and preventive nursing measures were provided based on the assessment results. The risk assessment form has bee proved to be practical and effective to detect high risk populations and reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients.%通过对老年患者深静脉血栓危险因素、临床护士操作可行性及临床效果评价,设计了深静脉血栓预防评估表,通过表格的方式,直观地反映患者存在或潜在的危险,应用此表对1968例老年患者进行了深静脉血栓危险因素评估,根据评估结果实施针对性预防护理措施,有效地预测了发生深静脉血栓的高危人群,降低深静脉血栓的发生率,符合临床护理工作实际,具有良好的实用价值.
