Objective To evaluate the effect of the patient safety assessment sheet on improving patient safety and quality of nursing. Methods Based on the principles of hazard analysis and critical control point,a patient safety assessment sheet was designed and applied to analyze the potential hazards, identify and monitor the critical control points. Results Based on the records of 588 safety assessment sheets,the effective control rate of obvious hazards gradually increased from 97 percent to 99.3 percent. Six cases of hazards failed to be controlled effectively. The potential hazards increased by 3 cases and the safety control measures increased by 12 items. The incidence of adverse events was decreased by 87 percent. Conclusion The patient safety assessment sheet can be used as a management tool to improves nurses' safety management ability and ensure patient safety.%目的 探讨使用患者安全评估单对患者安全的影响,以提高安全护理质量.方法 自2011年2月,根据“危害分析”与“关键控制点”的原理设计了患者安全评估单,围绕患者住院环节进行潜在危害分析,确立关键控制点,实时监控,及时纠偏,评价控制效果.结果 通过对588份患者安全评估单进行统计,显著危害控制有效率由97％上升为99.3％,控制无效6个,潜在危害点增加了3个,防控措施增加了12条,安全事件发生率较前减少了87％.结论 患者安全评估单作为管理工具,可有效提高护理人员的安全管理能力,保障患者的安全.
