心内科病房二级护理站的管理实践

         

摘要

Objective To strengthen the management of nursing sub-stations and to improve work efficiency. Methods Based on field investigation,the location and space of nursing sub-stations were designed scientifically,the nursing workflow was modified,the related functions were integrated rationally,and the nursing staffs were trained in the use of information technology equipments. Results More routine nursing works were transferred from the main nursing station to nursing sub-stations. It saved about 332 minutes and SO seconds for the primary nurses from the nursing station to the sickrooms every day. The nurses could be off duty on time after strengthening the management of nursing sub-stations. At the same time,the patient satisfaction waa increased to 99.6 percent. Conclusions Strengthening the management of nursing sub-stations can effectively reduce nurses' workload,provide convenience for the patients and improve work efficiency.%目的 加强对二级护理站的管理,更大限度地发挥二级护理站的作用,提高工作效率.方法 通过充分现场调研,将两个二级护理站移至最短护理半径处,改进病区工作流程,完善二级护理站的配置,增强可识别性.结果 更多的日常护理工作从一级护理站转移至二级护理站.责任护士从护理站到分管病室的途中耗时平均每日节约332min 50s.同时二级护理站的运行也方便了患者,患者满意度提高至99.6%,结论 加强对二级护理站的管理,有效减轻了护士的工作量,方便了患者,提高了工作效率.
