28例心内直视术后应激性高血糖患儿的护理

摘要

报告了28例心内直视术后应激性高血糖患儿的护理.护理要点包括;术后正确测定血糖,严格控制葡萄糖输注速度,维持血糖在正常范围,按医嘱正确应用胰岛素强化治疗并做好相应护理,积极预防低血糖、感染等并发症的发生.本组1例死亡,27例痊愈出院,胰岛素强化治疗期间均未出现低血糖.%This paper reports the nursing care of 28 children with stress hyperglycemia after open heart surgery. The key points in nursing were monitoring blood glucose levels after surgery,strictly controlling the infusion rate of glucose to maintain blood glucose in normal level,correctly application of intensive insulin therapy according to doctor's orders,prevention of postoperative complications such as hypoglycemia and infection. Totally 27 cases were cured and discharged from hospital and one child died. No case of hypoglycemia occurred during intensive insulin therapy.
