手术患者交接标准作业程序的建立

摘要

This paper introduces the formulation and application of standard operation procedure for operation patients transfer. The standard operation procedure standardized the links and contents of operation patients transfer and clarified the responsibilities of personnel involving in operation patients transfer. It not only improved the safety and efficiency of operation patients transfer,but also achieved the quality control of operation patients transfer. During the implementation of standard operation procedure,there was no adverse event regarding operation patients transfer. The patient satisfaction increased from 94.99 percent to 97.61 percent.%介绍了手术患者交接标准作业程序的建立和实施.标准作业程序规范了手术交接各个环节的内容和步骤,使交接人员明确自己的职责,提高了手术患者交接的安全性和效率,实现了手术患者交接的过程质控.在实施期间无手术交接不良事件发生,患者满意度从94.99％提高到97.61％.
