心脏移植患者等待供体期间的心理体验

摘要

目的 了解心脏移植患者等待供体期间的心理体验,为实施针对性的帮助提供依据.方法 采用现象学研究方法,对10例等待心脏移植患者进行非结构式访谈.结果 等待心脏移植患者存在心理冲突、过度依赖、非理性否定及严重的负性情绪等心理问题.结论 等待心脏移植患者需要医务人员提供更广泛细致的帮助及更多的社会支持.%Objective To describe the psychological experience of heart transplantation patients waiting for transplantation. Methods Phenomenology method was used in the study. Ten heart transplantation patients waiting for donor received a non-structured interview. Results Four themes were extracted including psychological conflict, over-dependence, irrational deny and negative emotions. Conclusion The heart transplantation patients who are waiting for donors need detailed guidance from medical staff and more social support.
