假装游戏法在幼儿声导抗和纯音测听检查中的应用

In order to obtain accurate results of hearing tests,pretense play was applied during pympanometry and pure tone audiometry for preschoolers.The measures included interpreting the materials used in the examinations to make the children feel safe and interesting,explaining the importance of being quiet and the way to cooperate during the examinations,guiding the children into the game-alike scene and directing the parents to cooperate with medical staff.Pretense play can create a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere and relieve the children's anxiety and fear,and obtain the parents' trust and support.As a result,only one child gave up the examination and the others completed the examinations successfully.%为了得到准确的听力检查结果,将假装游戏法应用于幼儿声导抗和纯音测听检查中,操作时每样物品的解释让患儿感觉安全有趣,用患儿易于理解的方式解释安静和配合的重要性,用形象及拟人的比喻引导惠儿进入游戏感的场景中,引导家长和患儿的配合,假装游戏法能创造轻松、愉快的氛围,消除患儿心理负担,能得到家长的信任和支持,使检查顺利进行.
