急诊抢救室危重患者流量变化规律分析

摘要

目的 分析急诊室危重患者流量变化及其规律,为加强护理安全管理寻找切实可行的措施提供依据.方法 回顾性收集某大型综合性三级甲等医院急诊室危重患者进入与离开抢救室时间信息,分析其日、周、月、季度流量变化规律.结果 急诊危重患者日流量变化特征明显,13:30～18:00出现一个明显的患者离开高峰,并且进、出高峰期于13:30～18:00出现重叠.周流量变化为:周日进出例次最少,周一、周六和周日进出例次相差较多.月流量变化为:1月和12月进出例次最多,5～7月进出例次相对偏少,其他月份流量变化基本相当.季度流量变化整体基本稳定.结论 急诊室危重患者进出流量存在规律性,应因时制宜,采取科学有效的综合措施,以保障患者安全.%Objective To analyze the critically ill patients flow pattern in the emergency room(ER) and to provide basis for strategies to strengthen nursing safety management.Methods The data of critically ill patients entering and leaving ER in a comprehensive hospital were retrospectively collected to analyze the daily,weekly,monthly and quarterly flow.Results The day flow variation of critically ill patients was significant.The peak of leaving flow appeared from 13:30 to 18:00 and there was an overlap of the leaving peak and entering peak from 13:30 to 18:00.The flow of critically ill patients on Sunday was the least in a week and the flow was significantly different on Monday,Saturday and Sunday.Regarding the monthly flow,the flow was the largest in January and December,and the flow was the least in May,June and July.The quarterly flow was basically stable.Conclusion The flow pattern of critically ill patients in ER is obvious.It is suggested to take scientific and effective measures to ensure patient safety.
