2例急性重度铊中毒患者的急救与护理

摘要

回顾分析2例急性重度铊中毒患者的临床资料,总结其急救护理方法.2例患者入院时血铊及尿铊均明显升高,以胸闷、恶心、呕吐为首发症状,主要临床表现为胃肠道、神经系统和脱发三联征,同时伴有双手指关节皮肤损害.及时采取血液灌流联合药物驱铊救治和对症处理,密切观察病情变化,加强血液灌流及中毒症状的护理,积极予以心理护理与康复指导,经40d治疗后患者痊愈出院.%This paper summarizes the process of first aid and nursing of 2 patients with acute severe thallium poisoning.rnThe initial symptoms of the patients were chest distress, nausea and vomiting,and the levels of blood and urine thallium werernhigh obviously. The sympotoms included gastrointestinal problems, neurological symoptoms hair loss, and hands and fingerrnlesions. The first aid and nursing included timely hemoperfusion treatment combined with drug therapy, close observation ofrnpatient's condition, symptomatic treatment, psychological nursing and rehabilitation instruction. The patients were dischargedrnwith recovery after 40-days treatment.
