86例三尖瓣置换术的围手术期护理

摘要

This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of 86 patients undergoing tricuspid valve replacement.rnPreoperative care focused on careful preoperative assessment, strategies to improve heart function and nutritional condition,rnand strengthening communication to promote patients' cooperation. After the surgery, the measures included close monitoring,rnprotection of right ventricle function,timely treatment of arrhythmia,prevention and treatment of respiratory distress, adjustmentrnof anticoagulation drug doses to reach the standard of anticoagulation, and careful discharge guidance such as regular usagesrnand observation of cardiotonic agents, diureticum and anticoagulant drugs.%对86例三尖瓣置换术患者进行围手术期护理,要点为:①术前评估,采取措施改善心功能及营养状况,加强沟通,提高患者配合能力;②术后严密监护,维护右心功能,及时处置心律失常,有效防治呼吸窘迫综合征,遵医嘱调整抗凝药物剂量并使之达到标准;③做好出院指导,告知强心、利尿和抗凝等药物的服用注意事项和观察内容,巩固手术治疗效果.
