Objective To evaluate the effects of fundus pressure by sand bags in primipara after cesarean section. Method Totally 240 primiparas after cesarean section were randomly assigned to two groups. The 126 patients in the experimental group were free of sand bags and the 114 patients in the control group received fundus pressure by sand bags for 4 hours. The patients' comforts,volume of bleeding and times of vomiting within 4 hours after delivery were recorded. Results The rates of postpartum hemorrhage were zero in both groups. There were no significant differences in the volumes of bleeding and numbers of times of vomiting within 4 hours after delivery (P>0.05) between the two groups. The patients in the control group reported more complains than in the experimental group(P<0.05). Conclusion This study didn't support the effectiveness of fundus pressure by sand bags for cesarean primiparas, for it may cause more complains in primiparas after cesarean section.%目的 了解剖宫产术后常规宫底沙袋加压对产妇的影响.方法 将2012年1～6月在我院行剖宫产术的正常初产妇240例分为两组,观察组(n=126)术毕回病房不予沙袋加压,对照组(n=114)常规在宫底部加压1.5kg的沙袋,持续4h,其他治疗、护理措施两组相同.记录两组产妇的主观舒适度及回病房4h内的阴道出血量和呕吐次数.结果 两组产妇均未发生产后出血.两组回病房4h内阴道出血量、术后呕吐次数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).对照组较观察组有更多不适主诉,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 剖宫产术后如未发生产后出血,不需常规行宫底部沙袋加压,该做法有可能增加产妇的不适感.
