心肝联合移植手术的护理配合

摘要

总结了1例心肝联合移植手术的护理配合.对1例终末期心脏病、心功能三级衰竭且伴有淤血性肝硬化、严重肝功能不良的患者行心肝联合移植术,手术时间595min,手术顺利完成.手术室护理配合要点包括:各专科护士娴熟配合,缩短手术时间；完善术中血容量管理、各阶段药物使用管理及术中体温控制.%This paper summarizes the intraoperative care of a patient undergoing combined heart and liver transplantation for the treatment of end-stage heart disease complicated by congestive cirrhosis and severe liver dysfunction. All the procedures were completed in 595 mins successfully. The key points of intraoperative care were skillful cooperation among nurses in each specialty to shorten the operation time, careful intraoperative fluid volume management, proper administration of drugs in each phase, and control of body temperature during the operation.
