33例机械通气患者唤醒期间的护理

摘要

总结了33例镇静治疗的机械通气患者实施每日唤醒期间的安全护理.护理要点包括:每日唤醒前正确评估病情,密切观察生命体征,加强心理护理和病情监测,防止意外拔管、人机对抗、应激性高血压的发生.本组患者在唤醒期间均未发生严重并发症和不良事件.%This paper summarizes the safety management of 33 mechanically ventilated patients with daily interruption of conscious sedation. The key points in nursing are proper assessment of disease severity before daily interruption of sedation, close monitoring of vital signs,psychological nursing and monitoring of patients' condition,prevention of accidental extubation, ventilator antagonistic and stress-induced hypertension. No serious complications or adverse events occurred during interruption period of sedation.
