男性急性冠状动脉综合征患者恢复性生活顾虑的现状调查

摘要

目的 本研究旨在了解男性急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)患者对出院后恢复性生活的顾虑.方法 采用横断面研究,用自行设计的问卷对2012年4～5月收住北京市3家三级甲等医院心脏科的92例男性ACS患者进行问卷调查.以入院诊断不同,将患者非为急性心肌梗死组和不稳定性心绞痛组.结果 有78.3％的患者对出院后恢复性生活存在各种顾虑,急性心肌梗死组与不稳定型心绞痛组患者对恢复性生活的顾虑在“担心性生活时发生心绞痛”(P=0.006)和“对配偶的负罪感”(P=0.010)方面的差异有统计学意义.70.7％的ACS患者希望获得关于恢复性生活方面的指导.结论 男性ACS患者普遍对恢复性生活存在顾虑,担心性生活对心脏的影响是导致顾虑的主要原因.医护人员可结合文字材料或健康讲座等形式对其进行健康教育.%Objective To investigate the male acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients' concerns about resuming sexual activity. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted. A convenient sample of 92 male ACS patients was recruited from the cardiovascular units in three tertiary hospitals in Beijing. They were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results Totally 78.3% of the male ACS patients reported concerns about resuming sexual activity. There was significant difference in the concerns about symptom relapse during sexual activity (P=0.006) and feeling of guilt to spouse (P=0.010) between acute myocardial infarction group and unstable angina group. Totally 70.7% of the patients hoped to get guidance about resuming sexual activity. Conclusion The male ACS patients have concerns about resuming sexual activity. It is suggested to provide sexual counseling for them by the means of written booklet and lectures.
