跌倒管理信息系统的建立及应用

摘要

目的 建立跌倒管理信息系统,并评价其在临床的应用效果.方法 选取401名护士,通过发放自行设计的问卷、查询不良事件上报系统,收集系统应用前后护士评估患者的耗时、评估依从性、评估满意度、跌倒不良事件的发生率.结果 跌倒管理信息系统应用后,护士评估患者的耗时由(2.55±0.38) min缩短至(1.40±0.45) min,护士评估依从率从80.30％上升至93.27％,护士评估满意率从78.30％上升至91.27％,跌倒不良事件发生率由0.38‰下降至0.32‰,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 跌倒管理信息系统的应用能减少护士评估患者的耗时,增加护士评估的依从性和满意度,减少跌倒不良事件的发生率.%Objective To develop information system for fall management,and evaluate its effects of application.Methods Before and after the establishment of information system for fall management,totally 401 nurses were selected,and were investigated using self-designed questionnaire for information:time to accomplish assessment by nurses,assessment compliance,assessment satisfaction,and the incidence of fall.Results After the establishment of information system for fall management,time to accomplish assessment by nurses was reduced from (2.55±0.38)min to (1.40±0.45)min,nurses' assessment compliance increased from 80.30％ to 93.27％,nurses' assessment satisfaction increased from 78.30％ to 91.27％,the incidence of fall was decreased from 0.38‰ to 0.32‰,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The information system for fall management has satisfactory effects of clinical application,can reduce time to accomplish assessment by nurses,increase nurses' assessment compliance and assessment satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of fall.
