7例颈动脉体瘤患者行复合手术治疗的护理

This article summarized nursing experience of 7 cases of carotid body tumors treated by hybrid operation.Key points of nursing included:preoperative carotid compression training,postoperative blood pressure management,head and neck immobilization together with lower extremity immobilization,and prevention and nursing of complications.All patients were recovered and discharged.%总结7例颈动脉体瘤患者行复合手术治疗的护理经验.护理要点:术前行颈动脉压迫训练,术后做好血压管理、头颈部联合下肢共同制动的护理,以及并发症的预防及护理.患者均痊愈出院.
