Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-BiFeO3多铁性单相固溶体的制备与磁性能

         

摘要

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备具有复合钙钛矿结构的单相固溶体(1-x)Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-xBiFeO3,利用X射线衍射技术对其晶体结构进行研究,结合扫描电镜观察分析其形貌尺寸,并对不同掺杂条件下固溶体的磁性能进行测试.结果表明:BiFeO3的加入能降低Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3的烧结温度,当掺杂系数x由0.1增加到0.6时,对应的单相烧结温度由700℃降低到550℃.当x≤0.6时,其晶体结构为钙钛矿型结构;而当x>0.6时,晶体结构不再为单一钙钛矿相.其中,当x=0.25时的单相钙钛矿结构固溶体0.75Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-0.25BiFeO3的磁性能比较突出.%(1-x)Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-xBiFeO3 single phase solid solution was synthesized by sol-gel method. The crystal structures and morphologies were studied by X-ray diffractometry and scanning electron microscopy, respectively, and its magnetic performance was also investigated. The results show that the addition of BiFeO3 decreases the sintering temperature of Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3 from 700 to 550 ℃, as the doping coefficient x increases from 0.1 to 0.6. When x≤0.6,the crystal structure is confirmed as perovskite type indicating a single phase solid solution, whereas it cannot keep the same perovskite structure when x>0.6. The single phase solid solution 0.75Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-0.25BiFeO3 displays better magnetization than any others when x=0.25.
