Objective: It's necessary to define laser marker on surface in radiotherapy. In this work we developed a convenient, simple, applicable and economic radiation special pen. This kind of pen has advantages over other pens. Methods: Due to some disadvantages such as the drawing line is neither neat nor smooth of currently used radiation special pen. This study designed a type of pen which radiation oncologist can contour the laser line well and can be used as common pen. Results: According to much clinical experiment, this kind of pen can be used to mark mask, vacuum cushion and block. It also can be used to draw line mark in patients' skin efficiently. It has many advantages compared to other pen which used in the past. The special pen has the merit of economic, convenient, simple, and win the praise of radiotherapy physicians, physicist, technicians and the hospital. Conclusions: Radiation special pen shows advantage of simple, economic, convenient, applicable, and it can replace the clinical use all of the radiation a pen.%目的:肿瘤放射治疗中,对体模和面模及体表等激光标志对位点的勾画是必不可少的,研制出一种方便、简单、适用、经济环保的放疗专用水笔,代替原有的普通水笔及染料棒等标记工具,并对水笔的构造原理、使用方法、验证进行分析.方法:基于现阶段放疗中标记点的勾画,常见的为染料棒及普通水笔,存在勾画不均匀、不直线性及影响机房美观等不足,研究设计出一种放疗医生既可用于常规日常工作中的标记记号,又方便于放疗定位验证等情况下的十字激光线勾画的水笔,通过临床的反复使用,进行对比验证.结果:经过临床反复使用,对比原来的放疗使用勾画工具普通水笔,染料棒等,使用放疗专用水笔,根据工作的不同要求既可以用于体模、面罩、真空垫、铅块的记号书写,又可以直接用于定位线的迅速准确勾画.可以添加墨水,更加环保和经济,携带方便、简单,深受放疗医师、物理师、放疗技师和医院的好评.结论:放疗专用水笔携带方便、构造简单、经济环保、适用多种场合,可替代目前临床所使用的所有放疗水笔.
