医学影像物理教学中引入研究性教学的探索

         

摘要

Medical imaging physics is an important basic specialty course of medical imaging specialty,has the characteristics of multi-interdisciplinary subject,and learning difficulty.To solve problems in medial imaging physics teaching,this paper puts forward to reform traditional teaching mode,by introducing ideas of research-oriented teaching.The biggest drawback of traditional teaching mode based on lecture is stressing knowledge inculcation and despising the ability training,suppress students' initiative and creativity.Research-oriented teaching mode establishes the subject status of students in the teaching process,encourage students to think independently,fit in with the demand of modem society to the cultivation of innovative talents.But students make research-oriented learning independently to need some knowledge accumulation.Considering the features of medical imaging physics course,uses a new teaching mode combined with the advantages of lecture method and research-oriented teaching,and emphasizes teaching and learning in the question situation.By designing teaching scheme,teachers realize effective organization to teaching process.Creating question situation is a key step by teachers to solve in teaching scheme.This paper presents some examples of creating question situation in medical imaging physics.%医学影像物理学是医学影像专业的一门重要专业基础课程,具有多学科交叉的特点,学习难度大.为了解决医学影像物理教学中遇到的诸多问题,研究现代先进的教学理论和教学方法,在教学中引入研究性教学理念,对传统教学模式进行改革.以讲授为主的传统教学模式最大的弊端是重知识灌输轻能力培养,压制了学生学习的主动性和创造性.研究性教学模式确立了学生在教学中的主体地位,鼓励学生独立思考,与现代社会对创新性人才培养的需求相适应.但学生自主进行研究性学习必须具备一定知识背景.针对医学影像物理学课程理论性强的特点,提出将讲授与研究性教学相结合的一种教学模式,充分发挥二者各自的优势.强调情境学习,通过设计教学方案有效组织教学.创设情境是引导学生进行研究性学习的基础,是教师在设计教学方案时要解决的一个关键环节,本文呈现了医学影像物理学课程部分课题的问题情境创设实例.
