中药光电离子导入联合穴位按摩治疗乳腺增生病的临床观察

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Chinese herbal photoelectric ion-introduction therapy combined with acupressure massage in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia (MGH).Methods A total of 280 MGH patients selected from patients admitted to the First People's Hospital of Narning from January 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given the Chinese herbal photoelectric ion-introduction therapy combined with acupressure massage,and oral Rupixiao capsule,while the control group was treated with acupressure massage and oral Rupixiao capsule.The clinical efficiency and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly better than that in control group,with statistical difference (95.71％ vs 89.28％,P=0.041).The recurrence rate in observation group and control group was 5.07％ and 8.03％,respectively,without statistical significance (P=0.322).Conclusion Chinese herbal photoelectric ion-introduction therapy combined with acupressure massage can effectively treat the MGH,lower the recurrence rate,with a good clinical efficacy,worthy of clinical promotion.%目的:探讨中药光电离子导入联合穴位按摩治疗乳腺增生病的临床价值.方法:选取我院2014年1月至2016年8月乳腺增生病患者共280例,随机分为观察组和对照组各140例.观察组采用中药光电离子导入治疗联合穴位按摩,以及口服“乳癖消胶囊”药物治疗.对照组进行穴位按摩和口服药物治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗有效率及复发率.结果:观察组治疗患者有效率优于对照组,具有统计学差异(95.71％ vs 89.28％,P=0.041),两组复发率比较(5.07％ vs8.03％,P=0.322)无统计学差异.结论:中药光电离子导入联合穴位按摩可有效治疗女性乳腺增生病,且复发率较低,临床疗效良好,值得临床推广应用.
