This paper presents a three-dimensional electronic laparoscopy system, including three-dimensional laparoscope pipe and medical video system. The three-dimensional laparoscope pipe adopts a dual-optical structure, which can collect three-dimensional information of the surgical region. By selecting a reasonable initial structure, the MTF curve of the objective lens is close to the diffraction limit, and the distortion is less than 25%. The medical video system also achieved high-definition image with 1 080 P, 30 Hz by GPU. At the mean time, the three-dimensional electronic laparoscope has achieved quantitative production and has been tested in a number of animals, which has broad application prospects and significant clinical application value.%该文介绍了一款三维电子腹腔镜系统,包含三维电子腹腔镜、内窥镜图像处理器两大部分.三维电子腹腔镜采用双光路结构,能够实时采集手术区域的三维信息.通过选择合理初始结构,优化后物镜的MTF曲线接近衍射极限,畸变小于25%.内窥镜图像处理器采用GPU方式可实现1080P、30Hz高清图像实时处理.目前,该产品已实现了量化生产,并且进行了多例动物试验,具有广泛的应用前景和显著的临床应用价值.
