摘要

为加强家族性高胆固醇血症(familial hypercholesterolemia,FH)人群的规范化管理,更好地预防动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(atherosclerosis cardiovascular disease,ASCVD),2014年国际FH基金会首次邀请世界各地著名专家,针对目前国际上所有的FH指南和共识进行分析整理,发布了《国际FH基金会患者管理的整合指南》,本文对该指南进行简要解读.%To utilize the standardized management of familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) and preventing atherosclerosis cardiovascular disease (ASCVD), the International FH Foundation facilitated a series of discus-sions with experts to develop harmonized guidance for the care of FH, this article makes a brief interpretation of the guidance.
