温泉水中运动为主治疗退行性膝关节疾病所致运动障碍的临床研究

摘要

Objective T o investigate the clinical effects of exercise in therm al w ater on the treatm ent of dyskinesia caused by retrogres-sive knee-joint diseases.Methods A ccording to the clinical sym ptom s,physical signs,and im aging exam ination results 80 eligible cases w ere random ly divided into the treatm ent group and the control group .T he treatm ent group w ere given exercise in therm al w ater supple-m ented by acupuncture and kerotherapy treatm ent,w hile the control group w ere given routine exercise therapy supplem ented by acupunc-ture and kerotherapy treatm ent.The curative effect indexes of joint pain degree,hydrops status,lim itation of m otion w ere observed.Results E ach item score and the total score of the joint in the treatm ent group w ere higher than those before the treatm ent,and the differences w ere of high significance(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the treatm ent group reached 92.5% ,w hile it w as 82.5% in the control group.The treatm ent group w as superior to the control group in term s of pain relief,joint hydrops status,and m otion function (P<0 .01 ).Conclusion Exercise in therm al w ater to treat retrogressive knee-joint diseases can reduce knee-joint pain,prom ote inflam m ation absorption,enhance the m otion capacity of the knee joint,and strengthen the stability of the knee joint.%目的：探讨温泉水中运动为主治疗退行性膝关节疾病所致运动障碍的临床疗效。方法根据临床症状、体征及影像学检查结果选择符合条件的患者80例，随机将其分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组进行温泉水中运动治疗为主，同时辅以针刺、蜡疗治疗；对照组进行常规运动治疗为主，同时也辅以针刺、蜡疗治疗。观察关节的疼痛程度、积液情况、活动受限等疗效指标。结果治疗组关节各项目评分及总分均较治疗前升高，差异有高度统计学意义(P＜0.01)。治疗组总有效率92.5%，对照组总有效率为82.5%，治疗组在疼痛缓解情况、关节积液状况、运动功能方面都优于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论温泉水中运动为主治疗退行性膝关节疾病，可减少膝关节疼痛促进炎症吸收，增强膝关节运动能力，加强膝关节稳定性。
