氢氧化钙抗生素糊剂在根尖诱导术中的临床疗效

目的：探讨氢氧化钙抗生素糊剂在根尖诱导术中的临床治疗效果。方法：共收集77例青少年牙髓炎或根尖周炎患者，随机分为两组。实验组45例用改良氢氧化钙抗生素糊剂(Mutile Calcium Hydroxideand Antibiotic Reagent)，对照组32例用"氢氧化钙+蒸馏水"糊剂；进行根尖诱导。结果：实验组根尖诱导作用明显优于对照组。结论：氢氧化钙抗生素糊剂对年轻恒牙牙根形成和根尖诱导有良好效果。%AIM: To explore the effect of the paste of the mutiple calcium hydroxide and antibiotic reagent(MCHApaste) on the apexification. METHODS: 77 teeth with pulpitis and/or apicitis were collected, 45 teeth were treated with MCHA paste, 32 teeth were treated with calcium hydroxide. The effect of the treatment was followed. RESULTS: the clinical effect of MCHA paste was better than the calcium hydroxide. CONCLUSION: Calcium hydroxide with antibiotic could the used as reagents for the apexification.
