AIM: To investigate the effect of Insulin- like factor- Ⅱ(IGF- Ⅱ)on the biological activities of cultured human periodontal ligament fibroblasts(PDLF). METHODS: Seeding certain concentration of the fifth generation of cultured PDLF into 96 plates, to determine proliferation and the activity of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) using MTT method and ALP kit respectively after the input of IGF - Ⅱ . RESULT: IGF- Ⅱ could enhance both of proliferation and ALP activitywithin the experimental concentration. CONCLUSION: IGF- Ⅱ could influence the biological activities of PDLF, and itmight modulate the remodeling process of peridontal tissue through the function of PDLF%目的:研究IGF-Ⅱ对培养人牙周膜成纤维细胞(PDLF)生物学活性的影响。方法:接种一定量培养至第5代的人PDLF,用MTT法和碱性磷酸酶比色法观察IGF-Ⅱ作用下,PDLF的增殖和碱性磷酸酶活性的变化。结果:IGF-Ⅱ在实验浓度范围内,对PDLF有较明显的促增殖作用,对PDLF的ALP活性具有较强的促进作用。结论:IGF-Ⅱ对PDLF的生物学活性有一定的影响,提示其可能通过PDF发挥其调节牙周组织改建的作用。
