AIM: To observe the effect of actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans (Aa) surface associated sub stance on the oriented arrangement of human periodontal ligament fibrobiast on th e tooth root slice. METHODS: Root slices of 150 μm were prepared. Then PDL cells were seeded on them and incubated with A. a surface associated sub stance. The change of the orientation arrangement of cells was checked. RESULTS; Cells of the control group oriented well, they grew in a radial direction around the center of the root slice in 72 hours. The number of the cells in the ex perimental group was reduced when time went on, and the cells orientated from order to disorder. CONCLUSION: This substance can change the orientation of cultured human periodontal ligament fibrobiast on the root slice.%目的:观察Aα表面相关物质对人牙周膜成纤维细胞在牙根磨片定向排列的影响.方法:制备150 μm薄牙根磨片,接种人牙周膜成纤维细胞与含Aα表面相关物质共同孵育,观察细胞定向排列的变化.结果:对照组细胞定向良好,72 h内始终以根片为中心呈放射状生长,实验组随时间变化细胞数量减少,排列方向紊乱,由有序变为无序.结论:此物质可改变培养的人牙周膜成纤维细胞对牙根磨片的排列方向.
