镍钛机用器械因其工作效率高、成形清理能力强而被广泛应用于临床,但由于在根管预备过程中缺乏手感而常会发生器械折断,一定程度上影响了治疗效果.近年来,随着显微超声等技术的不断发展,使用超声器械和各种套管取出折断器械已成为最常用的处理方法,无需过度切削牙体组织且操作简便的电化学溶解折断器械的方法也取得了一定进展.本文就近年来处理镍钛机用器械折断的各种方法作一综述.%Despite the high working efficiency and good capability of shaping and debridement, nickel-tita-nium ( Ni - Ti ) rotary instruments show a high incidence of instrument separation. Today, removal of broken instruments is generally performed using ultrasonic units or microtubes with the aid of operating microscope. However, those mechanical methods present some limitations related to excessive removal of dentin tissue for gaining straight-line access , canal morphology, and operator ability. Dissolution of fractured instrument via an electrochemical process might be a less complex retrieval method that causes minimum damage to the dental structures. This method has already been studied and got some progress. This paper reviews the treatment of Ni-Ti rotary instrument separation in recent years.
