新型表面镀银手术器械抗菌性能研究

         

摘要

AIM; To evaluate the antibacterial effects of silver-coafed surgical instruments. METHODS;Enghty sets of surgical instruments were divided into silver-coafed and conventional groups (re =40). The surfaces of instruments in silver-coafed group were coated with silver according to standard protocols. The surfaces in conventional group received no treatments. After sterilization, the instruments were exposed to different surgical environments and bacterial contamination of the instrument surfaces in the two groups were observed and compared. The sterilized status of the two groups in different preservation environments was also inspected. RESULTS: No bacterial contamination was observed in both groups after 4 h exposure in laminar flow operation room. While after 8h exposure, the contamination rate of control group was 30% , which was significantly higher than the 10% of the silver-coafed group. The rate of contamination in control group was significantly high than that of the silver-coafed group when exposed to natural environment for 4 h and 8 h ( P <0.05). The sterilization status of the silver-coafed instruments was significantly longer than that of the control group. CONCLUSION: The silver-coafed surgical instruments show significant antibacterial effects.%目的:观察表面镀银手术器械抗菌性能.方法:选择80份相同的手术器械,随机分为镀银器械组和常规器械组(每组40份),镀银器械组手术器械表面按照标准镀银,制成表面含银手术器械;常规器械组手术器械表面则不作任何处理.两组均采用高压蒸汽消毒法灭菌后,分别置于洁净手术间和野战帐篷的不同环境中,比较两组器械在空气中暴露不同时间后的细菌检出率,以及无菌包装状态下保存时间的差异.结果:灭菌后在洁净手术间暴露状态下4h后两组均未检出细菌,8h后常规器械组细菌检出率30%,镀银器械组细菌检出率10%;野战帐篷空气暴露状态下常规器械组4h及8h后细菌检出率均显著高于镀银器械组(P<O.05).无菌包装状态下15 d及30 d细菌检测显示常规器械组细菌检出率显著高于镀银器械组(P<0.05).结论:表面含银离子手术器械有明显的抗菌作用.
