PBL教学法在牙体牙髓病学研究生临床教学中的应用

         

摘要

医学教学领域广泛采用PBL作为一种新型的教学模式,在教学过程中收到了很好的效果.本文针对牙体牙髓病学研究生临床教学中独立性操作要求高,知识更新快等特点,探讨了运用PBL教学法进行临床教学的过程中,在提出问题、收集资料、集中讨论、临床操作和归纳总结几个环节的方法和特点.分析了PBL教学运用于牙体牙髓病学研究生临床教学的过程中,对学生,病人和教师所带来的益处,为牙体牙髓病教学以至口腔医学教学方法的改革提供一些经验.%PBL has been used world-wid in medical education as an efficient educational method. Based onthe features of independent operation and fast knowledge updates in clinical education of postgraduate students in operative dentistry and endodontics, this study analyzed the characteristics of PBL teaching method in problem posing, self learning, discussion, clinical practice, further analysis and summarization. The PBL teaching method showed advantages in improving students' research ability, the success rate of patient treatment and the teacher's knowledge update. These studies provided experience for further educational reform in operative dentistry and endodontics even in stomatology.
