上海地区159名成人根尖周炎患病率调查

AIM; To investigate the prevalence of apical periodontitis (AP) in an adult shanghai popula-tion. METHODS; Panoramic radiographs of 159 patients were examined and the periapical status of 3452 teeth (except third molars) was categorized on the basis of presence or absences of radiographic signs of AP. RESULTS; AP was present in 107 (68.55% ) patients. There were statistically significant differences among age groups. The prevalence of AP in root-filled teeth was 59.18%. CONCLUSION; The prevalence of AP was high in an adult shanghai population. The prevalence of AP in root-filled teeth was about 60%.%目的:了解并分析上海地区人群的根尖周炎患病特征.方法:观测159名病人的全景片,评价除第三恒磨牙外的3452个牙齿的根尖周组织健康状况.结果:根尖周炎的个体患病率约为68.55％,不同年龄组间的患病率存在统计学差异,根充牙齿的根尖周炎患病率高达59.18％.结论:上海地区人群的根尖周炎患病率较高,而根充牙齿的根尖周炎患病率近60％.
