无关供者24例外周血干细胞动员和采集

摘要

Objective To summarize the result of peripheral blood stem cell(PBSC) mobilization and collection in 24 unrelated donors. Methods Subcutaneous injection of recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor( rhG-CSF) was given to 24 unrelated donors for 4 ~ 5 or 5 ~ 6 days and CS-3000PLUS model blood cell separator was used to collect PBSC. Mononuclear cell( MNC) and CD34 + cell count from the sample of harvest were measured. Results PBSC mobilization and collection were successfully completed in 24 unrelated donors,The harvested MNC and CD34+ cell count were(5.57 ± 1. 19) × 108/kg and(3.81 ±1.25) × 106/kg recipient separately. The recipient patients hematological reconstitution time occurred from 10 to 20 days after PBSC transplantation. Conclusion PBSC mobilization using 5μg · Kg-1 · D-1 rhG-CSF is safe and effective.%目的 总结无关供者外周血千细胞(PBSC)动员和采集情况.方法 24例无关供者给予重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)5 μμg·kg-1·d-1,每天皮下注射,第4、5天或5、6天用CS-3000PLUS血细胞分离机采集外周血干细胞,计数采集物中单个核细胞(MNC)和CD34+细胞.结果 所有供者均安全顺利完成了PBSC动员和采集,收获的MNC为(5.57±1.19)×108/kg,CD34+细胞为(3.81±1.25)×106/kg受者,患者10 ～20 d获得造血重建.结论 5μg·kg-1·d-1的rhG-CSF动员PBSC安全有效.
