Objective To investigate antimicrobial susceptibility distribution of the extended-spectrum β-lat-amases producing strains. Method The isolates of G-strains were detected by VITEK32. CLSI 2008 was employed to study the antimicrobial resistance. Results The ESBLs-producing strains in E. Coli and Klebsiella spp isolates was 42.9% and 38.7%. The resistant rate of common antibiotes to ESBLs positive stains was higher than ESBLs negative strains. Conclusion To control the ESBLs + bacteria infection,it is important to enhance the surveillance of bacterial resistance.%目的 探讨产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(产ESBLs)的菌群分布及耐药现状.方法 临床分离的Gˉ杆菌采用VITEK32和双纸片法检测ESBLs,NCCLS 2008作药敏试验.结果 大肠杆菌和克雷伯菌等产ES-BLs菌的检出率为43.8%和37.6%,产ESBLs的Gˉ杆菌对常用抗菌药物耐药率明显高于非产ESBLs菌株.结论 加强产ESBLs菌感染的控制,加强细菌耐药监测,具有重要的临床意义.
