同期双侧全髋关节置换治疗髋关节疾病疗效分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the efficacy and feasibility of one- stage bilateral total hip replacement.Method From January 2005 to January 2010,56 patients treated with one-stage bilateral total hip replacement analyzed retrospectively. Clinical evaluation was done based on Harris hip function scores during the follow-up and the X-ray films were taken to assess position,loosening of the prosthesis and ectopic ossification. Result Incision of operation healed by first intention in all patients and no patients died. All patients were followed up clinically and radiographically for an average of 36.8 months(5～56 months). The mean Harris Hip Score increased from 36 points before operations to 89.1 points after operations. There were only 2 cases of dislocation of the hip early after postoperative.Conclusion One-stage bilateral THR is a safe and effective procedure%目的 探讨同期双侧人工全髋关节置换的临床疗效及其可行性.方法 对2005年1月至2010年1月收治的56例行双侧人工全髋关节置换术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,随访时采用Harris髋关节评分标准进行临床评价,摄X线片以了解假体的位置、松动情况及异位骨化.结果 所有患者切口均一期愈合,术后早期出现2例髋关节脱位,经治疗后痊愈出院,无死亡病例发生.经平均36.8个月随访,本组患者手术效果满意,术前Harris评分平均为36分,术后平均89.1分.结论 对双侧髋关节均有病变的疾患同期进行双侧全髋关节置换安全可行,效果良好.
