改良简易躯体表演测试的信度及与巴氏指数的比较

摘要

目的 建立中国的改良简易躯体表演测试(PPT)并分析其信度及与巴氏指数(BI)的比较.方法 改良简易PPT是以Wilkin.等制定的简易PPT为基础并进行修订,包括7个动作项,经过训练的工作人员对178名老年人进行改良简易PPT,随机选取其中的40人在一周后由同一和不同测试者进行再次测量,同时进行BI调查.结果 改良简易PPT的7个动作条目间的内部一致性系数为0.868;评定者内和评定者间的组内相关系数(ICC)分别为0.96(0.91～0.98)和0.99(0.98～1.00).改良简易PPT和BI间具有显著相关性(r=0.79,P<0.01),其中62.5%的受试者BI为满分,仅有10%的改良简易PPT为满分.结论 改良简易PPT具有良好的信度,且较BI敏感,是适合临床操作且简单易行的评价和监测我国老年人躯体功能的工具.%Objective To establish a Chinese modified mini-physical performance test (Mini-PPT)method and study its reliability and relationship with Barthel index(BI).Methods The modified mini-PPT is based on the mini-PPT designated by Wilkins and colleagues, and consisted of 7 actions.178 old people were tested on the modified mini-PPT by the trained doctor or nurse, among them,40 were randomly chosen and tested again by the same or different rater after a week, BI was also valued at same time.Results The coefficient of the seven action tests in modified mini-PPT was 0.868.The intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) of the intra-rater and inter-rater were 0.96 (0.91 ～0.98 ) and 0.99 (0.98 ～ 1.00), respectively, and there were significant correlationship.The correlation coefficient between modified mini-PPT and B1 was 0.79 (P ＜ 0.01 ), while 62.5％ acquired full marks of BI and only 10％ did that of modified mini -PPT.Conclusion The reliability of the established Chinese modified mini-physical performance test is excellent, and more sensitive than BI, and can be used to assess and monitor the physical function of the elder in our country.
