幽门螺杆菌感染与体质量指数、血脂、尿酸的相关性分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the correlation between helicobacter pylori (Hp)infection and body mass index(BMI),serum lipids[including serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein-choles-terol(HDL-C),Low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)]and uric acid(UA).Method One thousand and one hundred seven cases of health people were collected in Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang Medical College from 2011 to 2013.All cases were measured 14C urea breath test,body mass index,lipids,uric acid and fasting plasma glucose (FPG).Results The prevalence of Hp infection was 45.89%.The Hp infection rate of females was higher than that of males in high serum TG or high UA or low level of HDL-C (P <0.05).The Hp infection rate was negatively relat-ed with BMI and uric acid.Conclusion The Hp infection maybe related with overweight,obesity and hyperuricemia.%目的：分析幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染与体质量指数（BMI）、血脂[包括总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C））、尿酸（UA）的关系。方法选取接受健康体检者1107例，进行14 C-尿素呼气试验、体质量指数、血脂、尿酸及空腹血糖（FPG）检测。结果Hp 感染的检出率为45．89％；在高 TG、低 HDL-C、高 UA 情况下，女性 Hp 感染率高于男性，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。Hp 感染率与 BMI、UA 分组比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），Hp 感染与 BMI、UA 呈负相关（P ＜0．05）。结论Hp 感染与超重、肥胖、高尿酸血症可能相关。
