Interleukin(IL)refers to the interaction between leukocytes and immune cells.Interleukin has the function of transmitting information,activating and regulating immune cells to mediate the activation,proliferation and differentiation of T and B cells,and play an important role in inflammatory response.Interleukin-37(IL-37),which was officially named in 2010,is one of the newest members of the interleukin family that has anti-inflammatory effects.IL-37 can mediate inflammatory reaction and play an important role in many inflammatory and immune diseases.This review focuses on the relation between IL-37 and disease.%白介素是指白细胞或免疫细胞间相互作用的淋巴因子,其与血细胞生长因子同属细胞因子.白介素具有传递信息,激活、调节免疫细胞,介导T、B细胞活化、增殖与分化及在炎症反应中起重要作用.其中白介素-37(IL-37)于2010年正式命名,是具有抗炎作用的白介素家族成员中最新的一种.IL-37可以介导免疫炎性反应,在许多炎性反应及免疫疾病中起重要作用.本研究阐述了IL-37的生物学特征,探讨IL-37与疾病的相关性.
