目的 对比市售产品注射用头孢匹胺与注射用头孢匹胺钠的质量及稳定性.方法 通过影响因素试验、加速试验、长期留样试验,考察市售产品注射用头孢匹胺和注射用头孢匹胺钠的稳定性.结果 注射用头孢匹胺的质量较好,产品较稳定；注射用头孢匹胺钠的质量较差,稳定性留样颜色、聚合物、有关物质、含量变化均有明显变化.结论 注射用头孢匹胺产品的质量稳定,有利于临床用药的安全.%Objective Compare the quality and stability of commercially available products between cefpiramide for injection and cefpiramide sodium for injection.
