枸骨内生真菌IFB-GLP-4的鉴定

摘要

从药用植物枸骨中分离到一株具有抗芽孢杆菌活性且能产生新骨架化合物的内生真菌,该菌命名为IFB-GLP-4,综合运用形态学和分子生物学方法对该菌进行分类鉴定,确定其为子囊菌亚门(Ascomycotina),腔菌纲(Loculoascomycetes),座囊菌目(Dothideales),球座菌属(Guignardia),芒果球座菌(Guignardia mangiferae).%In this study, anti-Bacillus strain of IFB-GLP-4 was isolated from healthy leaf tissue of Ilex cornuta. New compounds were attained after liquid fermentation of the strains of IFB-GLP-4. which showed antibacterial activity. IFB-GLP-4 was identified as Guignardia mangiferae by morphological observation and molecular biology methods for further research.
