以7-ACA为原料,三步反应合成头孢匹林钠,该反应条件温和,操作方便,收率高,产物结构经元素分析、NMR和MS得到了确证.%The cephapirin sodium was synthesized by using 7-Aminocephalosporanic acid as the initial materials. The reaction was readily performed with good yield under mild conditions and convenient operations, The structure was characterized by NMR and MS spectrum.
