总结1例因车祸溺水导致腰椎尖端赛多孢菌感染患者的医护一体化管理.剖析患者的护理关键问题,制定个性化的护理方案.要点包括提供人文关怀和针对性的心理护理,对患者使用药物的监护,加强营养支持,防止长期卧床相关并发症,多学科协作为患者制定活动方案.通过以上措施,患者住院治疗62d后顺利出院.%A case report introduced the doctor-nurse integration management of one patient,who was infected by Scedosporium apiospermum at lumbar vertebra after drowning in accident.The key problem of nursing was analyzed and an individual nursing plan was made for the patient.The key point included provision of humanistic concerns,individually psychological nursing,monitoring of the drug usage,paying attention to the nutrient support,avoiding to the complication from keeping in bed for a long time,and making plans for the movement of the patient by multidisciplinary collaboration.The patient recovered by the interventions as above after 62 days.
