Objective To study the efficacy of the high-efficiency photon therapeutic device with drugs in the treatment of ulcerative dermatoses. Methods 128 cases with ulcerative dermatoses were randomized into treatment group and control group, each was treated with high -efficiency photon therapeutic device for 30mins and 15mins per day, respectively. The course of treatment was 10 days. Clinical efficacy of two groups were evaluated and compared at the 3rd day, 7th day and the end of the study. Results The overall effective rate of treatment group was 95.59%, and that of control group was 78.33%. There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). Tested by Student's t test, the effects of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group at the 3rd day, 7th day and the end of the study after the therapy (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of the high-efficiency photon therapeutic device in treating ulcerative dermatoses was proved safe and effective. The results strongly suggest that 30mins irradiation a day for 10 days is the optimal therapeutic regimen.%目的:探讨高光功率光子治疗仪配合药物治疗溃疡性皮肤病的临床疗效.方法:将128例溃疡性皮肤病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,在常规用药治疗的基础上,两组分别采用高光功率光子治疗仪每天照射30min和15min,疗程10天.评价两组在治疗第3天、7天和疗程结束时的临床疗效并进行比较.结果:治疗组总有效率为95.59％,对照组为78.33％,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).治疗第3天、7天和疗程末,治疗组疗效均明显优于对照组,经t检验,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:高光功率光子治疗仪能安全有效配合治疗溃疡性皮肤病,方案宜采用每天照射30min,疗程10天.
